Pierre Huet Cider Sweet 75cl 2.5%

The Cidre Bouché Doux (Sweet Cider) by Calvados Pierre Huet is a light cider that has a lot of flavour for being 2.5%.  Heavy on fruit esters, it’s very cellared/musty/aged tasting. Rich caramel apple notes, lightly candied but still quite full bodied. Decently sweet, because of the bittersweet apples used to make many French cidres.
