Produced on the beautiful Isle of Wight in Southern England Wight Mermaids Gin uses an infusion of carefully selected botanicals: Rock Samphire hand-picked from the Island’s chalk cliffs, Isle of Wight grown Boadicea hops, English coriander seeds, juniper, fresh lemon zest, Angelica root, liquorice root, orris root, elderflower and grains of Paradise.
